  • My sons hair was getting a little bit long, and it was time for a cut. My wife took him here for his first cut about 6 months ago and today we decided to come back. We didn't have an appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes before Bill's haircut was ready. They have tons of toys for the kids to play with while waiting, which is nice. The chairs they have the kids sit in are cool too (spaceship, police car etc). Bill didn't really enjoy his haircut though...he was screaming and crying most of the time (no fault of the lady...he just doesn't like people messing with his hair). She did do a quick and efficient job on his hair though. Trimmed around the back and he looks as handsome as ever....mostly because he is of my seed ;-), but anyways............... Only 3 stars because of two things: 1. After his cut was done, there was no attempt to blow dry or vacuum to remove excess hair. I had to hand pat and brush off a bunch of hair from Bill's clothes after we got outside. He didn't have the hair jacket/sheet thing on because he was fussing, but I still would have gotten a fan/blow dryer or something to remove some of the hair left on him. 2. Price. $14.95 for a kids haircut! Sheesh! More expensive than a grown mans haircut, and it only took about 5 minutes. May have to try and cut it myself going forward. Service was friendly, the shop is pretty cool, and they DO do a good job. Just a tad too pricey and not practical enough to keep coming back.
