So disappointed with my service today. I made an appointment on the website to schedule service, as I have every single time I've had it Subaru scheduled. When I arrived at the service department Jim, the representative, argued with me about my appointment. I showed him all 4 emails Subaru sent me regarding my appointment, including my confirmation phone call and he proceeded to argue with me. I love my Subaru, but after today with these people being the only dealer I can have do the service, I want to get rid of it. So horribly disappointed.
