So I have had solar city for over a year now and they as a company keep getting worse. They won't return phone calls I have open issues with them for a year and will not respond. They take my call make me believe they will work on the issue and then nothing. This company is terrible after they have you locked in for 20 years. The issue I now have is that the bill says that I owe them three months of payments. I do not and have talked to them and they agree that I do not owe them three passed months but they don't remove it. You cannot talk to anyone in billing so you get customer care and they say it's a billing issue and they are working with them. But in fact the customer care cannot get ahold of billing. I wonder if there is a billing department. I do not trust them for auto payments out of my bank account so we send the payments in via cashier check. Let me tell you I love having solar but hate that it is this company or lack of a respectable company I am sad I fell for. If you are thinking of a solar lease do your homework and find someone else. I wish I could take it off and give the company less than one star but I'm out of luck just like I am for signing with this company.
