Went for lunch at an off-peak (2pm or so) time. About a third through my steak, which was medium rare-rare, I found what looked to be a numbered tag or label - similar to what you would get if you ordered food and had to wait - at the bottom of my dish, drenched in steak jus and all. They were decent enough to waive the bill, offered to replace my meal, and asked if there was anything they could offer me to drink, but by that point I'd lost all appetite and just wanted to get out of there.
Seater, server and manager all seemed nice, but perhaps the kitchen needs to match up to the exterior.
