  • Good, but not amazing. I had a haircut, color, and brow wax here. The color did not turn out exactly what I wanted, despite many comments on my part about being apprehensive about getting the wrong color. I expressed concern about this throughout the appointment. They told me to think about it for a few days and call if I wanted something else. I did. They got me back in quickly and I was satisfied with the second attempt. They also eased my fears about damaging my hair with more dye. The haircut was okay but lacked that something extra. The salon is much smaller than I thought. They have a small room upstairs but it is in desperate need of updating. The brow wax was done in one of the shampoo sinks which isn't an ideal place since those are never comfortable! There were some nice extras like a hot towel on my face, a hand/arm massage, and of course Aveda products which are amazing. Overall it is a good salon but they need a little something extra. I think remodeling the upstairs and playing slightly louder and more current music would help (it was eerily quiet).
