  • Around dinner time Thursday our A/C was blowing warm. Finished eating and went up on the roof to check for the obvious. Wrote down the model and manufacturer and visited the American Standard website. They had three repair companies that were recommended in my area. Called the first place, Hendel A/C and they had an answer machine. I left a message requesting a service call. Since I wasn't too confident they'd be able to come visit I moved onto option two. A live person answered and said he could come by in the morning. Mark actually arrived before Hendels even called back. Hendels called me back before 8:00 am and was willing to take the call, but I just wanted to point out that Chandler Air was here working before they called back. They are probably a good company. Mark from Chandler Air was prompt, professional, nice and since he fixed it, VERY VERY helpful. He explained the issue and offered to do the repair. In these situations we do not have time to shop around, so hopefully the repair price was reasonable. Since I have no idea about what costs are suppose to be, please if you are looking for cheap don't take my word, cause I don't know. If you want a reliable A/C company, choose these guys for great customer service and super fast work. If I ever have an issue again I'll call them first.
