  • Second time here, first time shooting. At first I noticed the same unorganized staff. They were all over the place. The lady clearly noticed my Hubbz and I walked in with our son, but waited til after we paid to tell us we would have to rotate in and out of the range because he couldn't be unattended (which would have been nice to know before we paid so we could make other arrangements)... When we told her we would take him home (even tho he wanted to watch us shoot) and came back she then informed us he could've went into the range if he was over the age of 7... At this point I'm irritated because all this information was withheld til after the fact. We proceed into the range to find out our lane was occupied by someone else.. We were assigned another lane, and actually started to enjoy ourselves. The guy watching the lanes was helpful and gave me some tips and I improved. I was satisfied with that. Just for the shooting experience I would come back if I can avoid the lobby service I would.
