  • The salesperson I was dealing with did not seem to understand that I have a 5 month old at home and it's difficult to bring your entire family to a car dealership to "work out a deal". If anyone's purchased a vehicle before, you know you spend a few hours at a dealer "working out" a deal. For this reason, I was attempting to get pricing on a specific trim and options of a vehicle. Yet the "salesperson" continued to urge me to come in and pick one out. I wasn't concerned about the specific vehicle considering I had enough time to order one of the pricing sufficed for me. This dealership was entirely unprofessional for a luxury dealer and I wouldn't even call the salesperson professions in the least bit. You hear stories of "car dealers" and this is certainly one of those locations. If you want a Volvo, go to Tempe.
