  • The 5 star reviews be wary I have lived at this apartment for Acouple years, 1 bedroom,Ive have been through 4 Management/Owners. In that time my rent has gone from $650 to $1050, with absolute NO change or upgrade to my unit. Everything was old when I moved in and was when I left. The grounds do stink of dog poo that no one picks up and the parking is bad, no gate, and year after year of construction and no improvement, just some paint in the 70s style buildings. They do nickle and dime as others have stated, you will have 15 different apartment fees/tax etc. They charge for garbage if you use it or not and also charge you penalty fees if garbage is not brought back in, etc. it's little things like the extra fees that add up. Also every monsoon the street gets flooded. Im happy I found a clean nice place that's more affordable and closer to downtown.
