  • I half expected to see Biff and Marty McFly going at it. The place reminded me of the diner in Back to the Future. Cute, charming diner with a lot of pie options. I should have tried the grasshopper pie. I haven't seen that since the 80s. So many options to choose from. Too bad I didn't. Small wait, not a biggie. Plenty of pie and dessert to oogle at. Not to mention the pies swirling around the spinning pie display case. Haven't seen one of those in awhile either. Chicken salad I would have to skip next time. A little too sweet for my liking, but the waffle fries were good. I tend to be picky with the way people prepare chicken salad. Santa Fe salad was a nice size and was said to be good. Chicken dumpling soup was also said to be good. Cocunut cream pie I guess was okay. Nothing spectacular. Good service. Charming atmosphere and a lot of dessert options.
