  • I came in here (the Horizon Ridge location) to have some blood drawn and to get a container to collect 24 hours worth of urine. The man working seemed frazzled. I had my blood drawn, he gave me the container, and I left. I collected my urine a few days later, which if you've never had to do this, you are lucky! It's especially awful for a female. You also have to refrigerate it after going each time, so my point is, it's a giant pain in the butt. I go to drop it off at a different Quest location and thy inform me that the guy at this location gave me the WRONG container!!!!!!!!! The one the idiot gave me had been sprayed with a chemical. So I had to redo the test!!!!! How was I supposed to know I'd been given the wrong container???? I was furious and I expressed this at the other location. I was told I would receive a phone call from a supervisor and that never happened, so I'm now turning to Yelp. Make sure you ask them multiple times if they have done their job correctly, because clearly they are too incompetent on their own to do it. Disgusted.
