  • My sister took me to a class tonight. We did the Mediterranean class with Pascal and it was wonderful! Pascal is very funny and very well versed in everything related to the cooking industry. Our class was sold out and now I know why. We made a 4 course meal, were served beer, wine etc the whole night.... then sat down to eat what we all created together. Every bite was delicious and I left full and craving more classes! I would love to do the 6 month course!!!! Highly highly recommend any class here!!!! Fantastic!
