  • This place SUCKS BIG TIME as far as cleanliness and order. They receive a FAIL in both categories. One of my two stars is because the staff is so nice in such a MESS :-) The other star is because it's Toys R Us and our son is 1 and he was able to be a Kid with no regards all through that MESS of a store. Don't get me wrong I know a toy store will be messy with all the children making the mess BUT the mess was on another level both of our visits like its the norm and is never cleaned I saw the same trash up one aisle that I saw on our previous visit a couple of weeks prior. Let's be clear this is a TOY store and frequent by plenty of children and adults buying for children CLEAR? So WHY on Gods GREEN Earth does the bathrooms look and smell like a Port O John? Also if employers MUST wash hands before returning to work WHY is the soap dispenses EMPTY & look as if they were NEVER used by anyone which means the door is full of germs YUCK. I wish there was a more up to date and clean Toys R Us nearby to take our son too.
