Best of luck there is all I can say!
Issues:
1- Noise problems- If you are on the first level you constantly hear the people above you making noise. Walls are very thin. All of my visitors/friends who came to visit said "how do you stand all that noise." I could hear my downstairs neighbor as they filled their bathtub with water and then splash around in the water. One year is all I could handle.
2- Unfriendly- Lots of people as neighbors who don't even speak to you as you pass by them. Unsociable. Hard to meet your neighbors and have any comarodary. They discriminate by hanging out in groups and walking around the apartment complex circle most days.
3- Management/Lease-They push you to sign a new lease before yours is even up. Threatening you with losing your apartment when the lease is up if you don't sign prematurely. Scare tactics in my opinion. The rent was going to be raised $200.00 after just one year of living there. The management sent someone from the office to try to scare you into signing a new lease 60 days before your lease was ending. They would say "sign it today for ONLY $$ and save so much money before the lease is ending and the rent increasing." I felt like I was buying a car. What can we do to get you to sign another lease?
4- Management/Review- Management encourages certain tenants to write positive reviews on google and other websites not for cash but other incentives given. They get the maintenance workers to ask the tenants who they have helped at an apartment and are on good terms with.
