  • Very disappointed today, went in 15 min before they close wich I understand employees are ready to go home, I work in the hospitality industry and I go in asking for the same thing every time...Everything bagel with cheese and egg, I was told we close and 10 minutes I have no everything's bagels...ok..can I get a wheat bagel with egg and cheese, Sarah said I turned off the egg machine and it's gonna take 15 min to heat back up. I felt she made no attempt to make me the customer happy, I will not be coming back thanks to her. Every time I come in I take care of the employees very unfortunate I don't want to be back.
