  • AHW gave me an arrival window and they showed up within the window. Fidel and Lui were the main guys who were there for the entire process. A few other members of their team were in and out throughout the installation of my water softener. They made it clear that they wanted me to have a great experience and I did. As for the product, I've had my water softener for a few weeks now. The water is soft, so that's good. The price was much better than for comparable products offered by their competitors. My water tastes very metallic, but I'm hoping that goes away after the new pipes clear out. I might get a reverse osmosis system if my water still tastes weird in a few weeks. If I do, I'll likely go with AHW. One bad thing I did notice, though, is that there was some mud tracked through a tile area of my house, however, this was not enough of an issue for the company to lose any stars. They cleaned and swept up pretty well overall.
