If I could give this place zero stars I would. Definitely avoid this place at all costs!!! So first they were supposed to come on Friday and I requested a late afternoon appointment as the issues occur in the afternoon. They said they would come after 2 pm. So I had a previously planned trip out of town and my sister came over to my house to meet up with them. She texted me at 5:30 pm to say that they hadn't arrived yet. I called and talked to Amy who said he is on his way and will be there. 8:30 pm rolls around and I text my sister again asking if they showed. She said they called a bit before that stating they weren't going to make it and rescheduled for the next morning. I told my sister to call them back and tell them they needed to come in the afternoon as I had told them previously the issue happened in the afternoon. So they said they would come in the afternoon instead. So they come and surprise, surprise they find nothing wrong. They leave and a few minutes later my ceiling starts leaking by the A/C vent. I try calling the tech and he doesn't answer and so I leave a voicemail and then proceed to call Amy. She says they will have one of the techs come back out in about an hour. She then proceeds to lecture me about not mistreating the tech like I am some errant child. I finally told her that I did not want to hear anymore and the conversation was pointless so we should just end the call. This does not make her happy. So the tech arrives and looks up at the ceiling and says your warranty company doesn't cover that and it is going to be expensive. He proceeds to tell me that I can run the air, even though water is pretty steadily dripping out of my ceiling. He says he will be back Sunday morning to fix it. Sunday morning rolls around and I have left my A/C off all night as I was worried about potentially more water damage to my ceiling. Noon rolls around and I have not heard anything from the tech or Amy. I call Amy and get voicemail and leave a message. I try texting the tech and no response their either. No one calls me at all on Sunday. It is now Monday and I did not hear from them so I proceed to call Amy and surprise, surprise I get voicemail. :( I leave yet another message and wait a few more hours. I try calling again and get voicemail. I then call my home warranty company and ask them to call the company. They call and big shocker someone actually answered. The warranty company proceeds to tell me they cannot come out today to fix the issue. By this point I am irate!!! I try calling Amy one last time and imagine my surprise I get voicemail again! I leave a voicemail pretty much berating the company and there horrid customer service. I receive a phone call from Amy a few minutes later smugly telling me that the home warranty company transferred the call to another company. So thank you so much! Now I get to wait a few more days to get this corrected! I mean I'm sure my daughter and my pets won't die from the 90 degrees inside my house! No biggie!!! I wish I would have read the other reviews of this company on here! I could have avoided all this drama and frustration! The worst part is the fact they are non-apologetic about everything. Yes I was cranky on the phone with them, but that was only after dealing with them giving me the runaround and not showing up when they were scheduled to. I also challenge anyone to not be cranky after dealing with the A/C not working for multiple days in these 100-115 degree temps!
