The customer service is absolutely horrible. I had went in there with the intent to move in as soon as possible we filled out the applications and spent $90 on two applications. We were ready to put down the deposit when they told us after almost a week , sorry we don't have that unit available till the end of the month or next month because the person will be an eviction and now is fighting it. Originally they had told me the unit will be ready for July 5th and that there were no other units available. I need a place ASAP due to life circumstances. For a week they had me believing that I would be moving in for July 5th. After they told me this unit would be available and all my ducks were in a row I started to plan for that July 5th moving only for them to renig the apartment. It was their error and I could not move in there and they will not refund the application fees. They are absolutely horrid to deal with. We are fighting the charges with our credit card company and we will get that money back it's unfortunate they're making us waste more time and energy due to their unprofessionalism.
