  • Don't take your vehicle here for service. I have a dash cam and it recorded abuse of my car. Slamming doors, flooring it to beat traffic, bitching about management and customers, driving it to another location where it stayed overnight and had other people running their mouth some more. When I confronted them about it I got a verbal apology with a shoulder shrug. One would think the service manager would call and ask how he can keep me as a customer for next time, but NOTHING. By far the worse dealership I've been too. There's a couple of nicks that I'm not sure how they got there either. I even let the service guy know I had a camper and they still abused my brand new vehicle. The service department even asked me later to redo the survey and I said ok but I never did and I'm assuming they removed the old survey thinking I'd do the new one but I didn't. Typical Scottsdale B.S.!
