  • Came in to look around on the men's floor, interested in their Zanerobe selection. A young, red haired teen employee was busy reading one of the books they had for sale there. I asked him where that brand was kept as the floor is a bit scattered with everything, he didn't know, said he'd find out, walked away, after 15 minutes I left, he didn't come back. Awful customer service, would rather shop at Get Fresh or H&M if that's how they treat 'valued' customers.
