  • Don't even bother making a reservation for this place, because they don't reserve, they give away all the cars they have at a first come first serve basis. They will make a ton of excuses as to why the reservation wasn't a sure thing. This really sucks when you are on vacation and have to wait hours for someone to return their car. They have the most incompetent people working at the desk, so don't expect anything from them.
