  • I will never ever rent from Hertz again. My final charges were more than twice the initial quote. There is an unexplained $200 charge under "Fuel and Service". I called customer support and was directed to call the location manager who is of course "unreachable". Please heed the "stay away" advice from other customers - certainly wish I had.
