Clean lobby but youth running around with no shoes on was unappealing. The same kids were making a terrible amount of noise at night. Sounded like someone was bowling on the floor above us. Temperature controls in the room were a little janky. We had to call the front desk for assistance. The floors are also either warped or the carpeting was poorly installed because every step on carpeted surfaces is wavy and bouncy.
Upon entering our room, I noticed a white crusty stain on the brown runner at the edge of my bed. I tossed it in the corner. Who knows what that was! The rest of the bed and the linens seemed OK. My dad even had to clean out the FILTHY air conditioner filter!!!
In the morning, I had to take 2 towels to the front desk for replacement. One had a large yellow ring shaped stain and the other had some opaque white-ish stains. I can't say for certain what the substances were but we can safely assume that it was something nasty! The replacement ones were much better.
Wyndham should also consider replacing the countertops in the bathroom. There is like a 6 inch marble section that bumps outward. Unless you're 6 feet tall, don't even attempt to wash your face or do something that requires you to lean over the sink basin. I'm 5'4 and I felt like I could have used a step stool or something.
I did like the Mineral Fusion brand toiletries in the bathroom!
