  • My husband went here today with a broken, painful molar & the dentist wouldn't remove the tooth, said he had to check prices with the insurance & tried to up-sell him into root canals & crowns. My husband tried to tell him he ultimately wanted dentures, not to spend thousands of dollars on failing teeth! The dentist didn't listen to him at all, maybe didn't understand my husband, as the dentist (if he is really a dentist) spoke poor English. We trusted that this outfit would help my husband & they did nothing! Husband is still in pain with a holiday weekend, he won't get help until sometime next week. How can a dentist turn away a patient in pain?! Horrible, horrible place! This a Careinton Care referral, lousy insurance too. Update: went back to get my X-rays that we paid for and they wanted an additional $10.00! My husband told them they could keep them. Fortunately we found an excellent prosthedentist who took all of 5 min. to extract the tooth. Outfits like Radient Smiles should be run out of town. They prey on working class and poor people who don't have have good insurance and employ young dentists from third world countries who try to run up the bill for corporate gain.
