  • SCAMMERS, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. Bought their Groupon, guy taking appointments was rude on the phone. The cleaning guy himself shows up and starts listing all these fees that I was not told about and I'm starting to get the gist that I just bought the lowest of the low quality in carpet cleaning services. Once I called him out on feeling scammed he turned angry and shady and just started the work. I had 4 kids I had packed up ready to leave the house who were getting impatient or else I'd have told him forget the whole thing. I grabbed my iPad on the way out the door because I didn't trust him as far as I could throw him. I called friends to pop in on him to make sure things were safe. End result: carpets still dirty since I wouldn't agree to an up charge. Absurd.
