The staff is friendly but they didn't have the car I requested after giving me an email confirmation that muy C/card would be ready the following Monday. This is a Hertz owned Dollar car rental and they work with lyft drivers and have a waiting list a mile long! They're staff and inventory is overloaded and need additional help from hertz headquarters! I'm writing a letter to complain about the problem and the unnecessary inconvenience they put me thru! I suggest you do the same.
