  • Used this company when it was a billion degrees and we needed a quick repair to keep our kids and dogs cool. Seemed OK couple of years ago. Called them about a week ago, downstairs unit not cooling. The texts from my husband started at a couple hundred dollars and went up to $14k by the time they left. Needed 2 new units on a 10 year old house? Really? A week later, due to our schedule being bad, another company came out, about 30 minutes of work, and my downstairs is ice cold. We'll never call One Hour again.
