  • I had Reliance come to my house to give me a quote for new duct work. Dalen came out of his way as I believe I am slightly out of their usual area. He took everything about my house into account, knew my square footage of the house, measured. I was very impressed at the care they take in working up options/solutions. I had obtained another quote beforehand and that individual was not as scientific in his craft as Reliance. Dalen told me about all of my options but also suggested blowing more insulation as a less drastic solution to see if that helped. Although I have not purchased anything form Reliance, they were very friendly, accommodating of my schedule, and clearly put care and thought into a quote.
