  • My fiance and I went in for a tour and met with Anthony. All seemed well- the place was beautiful. We didn't even want to go to another banquet hall because we loved everything about the place. He printed us out a sheet with everything we discussed. I noticed a small mistake on the sheet and called back about 10 minutes after leaving the banquet hall. I left a message and received no call back. Two days later I tried again and left another message, still no answer. I called for a third and final time and told the secretary my situation and she put me on hold. It seemed like she was talking to someone and then she said she would write a note on his desk. We never heard back from him and this has ruined our entire experience with this banquet hall. We really wanted to book with them but are glad that we didn't put a deposit down. Perhaps he didn't respond because he was fully booked and didn't care for our business. Perhaps it's because my fiance and I are very young. No matter, it was a horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone and we found much better prices and service at another banquet hall (Roma's Banquet Hall, in case anyone would like to go to a banquet hall and be treated respectfully).
