VERY Disappointed!!
The whole point of showing photos of floral options is so that the buyer knows exactly what is being purchased. This eliminates sender and recipient disappointment. Fresh flowers are pricier in some parts of the country, so it's important that the photo be a true representation of what will arrive.
I sent my mother a "Christmas Dozen" red roses in a red vase and upgraded it to premium. My mom actually sent me a picture of an arrangement that someone else had sent her, because she didn't want me to be embarrassed at how my arrangement looked. I called Carmel to say that they delivered the wrong bouquet. The manager said that they had given her a nicer vase than shown, costing $20. Well my mom is 85 years old and does not need another vase. I wanted a big, festive, sparkly arrangement as depicted. Seriously, it had one pine cone and two little balls. I will say that the roses were gorgeous. But the festive fluff was missing.
The florist pic is the standard bouquet. I upgraded two steps to the premium....
