  • There was once upon a time when I would recommend using the Suburban Express over LEX, but now I think LEX is a better choice of the two, not that's a compliment of any sort. The Suburban Express charges entirely too much for their "service" I've only met two nice drivers in the 4 years that I've used them. The bus drivers have been known to yell at the students, leaving the bus without announcing where they were going for 15 minutes at a time, or just general unpleasantness. I would highly advice using the train over Suburban Express. It's much cheaper and more pleasant to use. The Suburban Express's new guidelines worried me when I bought a new ticket a couple of weeks ago, it seemed too strict and entirely too favorable to them, with little right left to the rider, I should have trusted my instinct, but instead I was fine $150 for little to no reason at all. If you value customer satisfaction, don't go to this company, you will be disappointed.
