  • Cannot get ANY assistance. Made eye contact with one of the floor employees, who stared back at me while I pointed at the beats headsets asking for assistance. After a few sentences he walked away. Boy was I stunned and shocked. With Amazon and Walmart and other price matching stores I can safely say I DO NOT need to shop at Best Buy. I predict this business will need to do better if they are to be in existence in 3-5 years.
