| - I picked these cleaners because tjey were the closest to our house. That was my first mistake. I brought them 2 pieces to be cleaned, a bassinet coverlet which consisted of the matress/skirt combo, a bottom fabric skirt and mattress sheet, and a small rocker cover. They were slightly used. In fact, the only dirt showing was on the bottom skirt, where it had been scuffed by shoes and along the handrail on both sides where it was slightly dingy from people holding on at these locations. Not stained at all, just dingy from everybody grabbing it at the same spots. I just picked ut up and brought it home. After unwrapping i discoved that the bottom skirt was exactly as scuffed as before and was even still wrinkled where it had binded up in a couple places. The handrail area was also just as dingy as before, which really showed against the other skirts and pieces. The swing coverlet smelled good but it wasnt dirty before so that was fine. My daughter just had her 1st baby and we were going to give them as a gift/ keepsake item as we used them for her when she was born. Disapointed, i immediately called and spoke with a gentleman who i think may have been part owner, im not sure. I told him what i had found and he remembered me. He told me that they had cleaned it twice and that was the best it was going to get. I reminded him that i just paid him 20.00 for the work and that i wasnt satisfied with their work. He told me that i still had to pay them because they cleaned it twice and there would be no refund. No apology, no offer to try it again, no nothing. 20.00 down the drain. My only option was too try to clean myself. I bought a spray on bottle of a cleaner with bleach, srayed it thoroughly and put it in the washer on hot. Amazingly, after one wash i pulled it out and it was pristine white. No lies, it was beautiful. I thought steam cleaning was the ultimate method to ensure things are clean, now i think different. Either it hadnt been cleaned at all or this is the worst cleaners in las vegas. Their customer service and overall attitude leads to think the latter is the smart bet. Thankfully, it only cost me 20.00 to learn this lesson. Do not trust them, not if you value your clothes at all, especially if they say they cleaned it twice. They must really suck at this, good luck!
