  • Lori and I rolled in around 1 pm on a unseasonably warm, late winter Saturday. Everybody was outside like a bunch of kids on recess at the school yard. We lucked out and parked out back. Our greeter invited us in and sat us at a table for two up front--perfect for people watching, too. Eric, our waiter, explained the menu guiding us to a decision. Great job, Eric. Lori ordered the open-faced turkey sandwich. It was very good and the notion of left over fries became the joke of the day. So good. I went traditional pub fare ordering the fish-n-chips. It was very good and an authentic rendition. I prefer haddock v. cod, but I knew I was getting cod, which was fresh and cooked perfectly. Overall, a pleasant experience, especially since they were packed. The owner's invest in other local places such as, Dandelion Market, Prohibition, etc, and their experience shows here, as well. Kudos and we'll wander back.
