  • Terrible customer service, I don't know why I keep going back but I'm done after the last bike I bought for my wife this summer. Everyone at the service counter is rude and has an attitude, I blame this on ownership. It's been like that for over 10 years. There service is slow, compared to other shops I've been at. There's just too many other bike shops that appreciate your hard earned money. I can't recommend this place anymore until ownership steps up or the place is sold to new ownership who cares about their customers.
