  • We recently had 15 large windows in our home replaced. The estimator showed up with samples, was educated on his product as well as his company. They pricing and financing were also very good. The windows only took about 2 weeks to be manufactured (by the same company) and come in and they were all installed in about 6 hours. The product is amazing and looks great. Lifetime warranty for just about anything. Only this company and Home Depot offered the warranty and the pricing was in favor of Universal. They also hire and employ their own crews, something that can be kind of spotty with Hope Depot. FYI They do sit a bit deeper into the window sill so our old blinds don't fit back in (they were due for replacement). The only issue was that they weren't 100% on clean up, found a razor blade in the carpet of one room, some wadded up paper towels in another, and some debris from installation was left in the driveway. It's all very minor but it should be mentioned. Definitely will (and have already) refer all window business their way.
