Can I please give zero stars?!?! All I can say is "wow". I brought my phone to this place for a screen repair, they fixed it in 30 minutes with no problem. 2 days later while on vacation, I noticed glitches in the screen like weird lines and pixelation. Within the next two days the screen would go blank and shut off by itself. Soon after returning home and on my next day off, I return to the store to have the phone looked at and fixed. I catch nothing but attitude from the front desk, repair technician in the back, and even the owner on the phone! They wanted to charge me an additional $150 dollars to fix the phone even though the issues I was having were due to the original screen fix! I was told that because i did not bring the phone back in the initial first few days that the warranty was no longer valid. Who pays for repairs and only expects them to last 3 days? I didn't even get to question these people about the fraudulent charges that appeared on my card in the last week. I have only used this credit card at this ONE transaction EVER, and since then had racked up $1500 in fraudulent charges in online purchases. This place is shady, they are a scam and the work is of the poorest quality!! Take the time to go straight to Apple for repairs!! This place will cost you so much more than just $150 for screen replacement! Now I need to spend another $150 to replace screen and fix damages, plus cancel my credit card and file fraud for charges that came immediately after using my card here and ONLY here. The front desk lady, technician and owner are all worthless, and failing at proper business practices. I will be filing an official complaint with Metro for my credit card fraud and advise my credit card to issue a refund for the cost of screen replacement as more damage was done by that than had initially occurred. Be advised. DO NOT USE!
