  • We feel very blessed to live in, what we consider to be, the best part of The Valley when it comes to great food. Fuego Bistro isn't the newest and flashiest place in our neighborhood, but it's one of the best! The food is so savory and delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. My favorite is the pork medallions and my wife loves the seafood chile relleno. And you HAVE to get the cornbread and creamed corn! We've dined at Fuego 5 or 6 times now and we've never been disappointed. You feel like you're dining with family. Their staff is amazing! They have great line music every night. Tonight was our anniversary and we wanted to be somewhere where we could sit back and enjoy a little conversation with each other with a nice romantic backdrop. Fuego was the perfect choice. You guys are exceptional! Thanks for doing what you do for our neighborhood.
