  • Our family loves My Gym! It is located just off Markham Road between 16th Avenue & Major Mackenzie Drive on right at the corner of Anderson Avenue. It all started with a free class when our oldest was 2 1/2 and now she is hooked! We have enrolled in 2 different classes at My Gym. It's very clean and well organized and the staff & owners (Karen & George) are very friendly and really great with the kids. Once you're a member your kids also get passes for practice plays/free plays and you receive discounts on birthday parties. If your kids miss a class, you can take a make up class. Great to have a fitness place so nearby that is fun for the kids especially when it is so limited in school. Our oldest has learned to balance, zip line, shoot baskets etc. and it also help build her confidence in trying new activities and socializing since we never had her in daycare. We also had 2 birthday parties at My Gym which members receive a discount for. All the kids were engaged and loved the experience (parents are still talking about it too!) They made sure the birthday girl had her favourite songs played and asked what her favourite class activities were. They truly made her the star of the party with extra attention to her throughout the party. It really made her birthday extra special and she didn't hesitate to have back to back birthdays there 2 years in a row! You get exclusive use of the space. They set up everything, helped serve the cake, pizza & refreshments we brought and also did the clean up. My daughter has had the best time there and always looks forward to going back. Our guests arrived from downtown Toronto, Mississauga & Port Credit in 25-40 min for the party. Super easy to get to if you take Highway 404, exit off Major Mackenzie Drive East. All of our guests found it easily. If you take the 401 & exit at Markham Road, it's going to take forever to get to Markham. Looking forward to my youngest starting there soon too! They have different classes for kids ages 4 months to 13 years. Great place for toddlers to socialize before starting school especially if they've never been to daycare. Plus they have Summer Camp and another location in Richmond Hill!
