  • I recently visited Tanger outlets in Williamsburg, Iowa As always, I stopped in at Coach and Under Armor. Both stores had great sales and very friendly associates. I was very happy with my experience in the stores! The only disappointing experience that I had was stopping in at Tanger Shopper Services, the woman working there was not very personable. I'm realizing that is becoming the norm. It seems like when I stop in to pick up my free coupon book for being a Tanger Outlet preferred member or bring in my receipts for the free gift they are offering the customer service desk is just not as friendly as the store associates. I visit quite a few outlet shopping centers in the midwest and Florida every year and when I use their guest service desk, the service help is so friendly! I wish I could submit my rating of 5 stars for my experience in the stores, and 3 stars for the customer service department. I'm holding out hope for my next visit to Tanger-Williamsburg that the customer service desk is a bit more friendly!
