| - I am not much of a vapor smoker and do not know my products at all. So over the course of a year and a half I had been going to this location, it was easy and right below my hair salon. The girl who worked there at the time was extremely helpful she was the only reason I kept going back. Over the course of time I ended up buying 2 Nano subox and one subox mini as well as e liquid to fill on a constant basis. I had been traveling and had not been in the shop in a month or so. I went in tonight and had the most horrible experience one could ever have. I brought my Nano with me to show the girl I usually deal with that the led part was not working, she usually instructs me in how to fix it or let's me know what I need to buy instead. Well tonight I got the pleasure of meeting the owners daughter or as she self proclaimed herself the owner. I began to tell her what was going on and asked her if it was just the battery or how it could be fixed. She got super defensive and told me she only had a seven day warranty, but that was not what I was concerned about. I just wanted to simply know if it just needed a new battery, coil or whatever, like I said I don't know much about these products and have always been kindly helped before. I explained to her if I had an issue about it breaking I would by a new one or dispute it with Amex, the 7 day policy had nothing to do with what I was asking her. I just wanted to know how to fix it. She rudely picked up my stuff, started acting erratic and like a child throwing a tantrum or someone with no experience thinking they have way to much power. I have honestly never seen anything like it, as a business owner myself it was really sad to see how a young child would act that way especially while working at her father business. She told me to go across the street, which I ended up doing and getting the help needed buying the right thing, simple easy friendly transaction. Before I left I asked to speak with the owner she once again told me she was the owner, which I knew could not be true just by the whole situation, no business owner would ever act that way if they cared about their business. I grabbed a card on the way out and saw there where other locations. I called one and they said to call back in an hour and a half. I did and a gentleman name "mike" talked to me pretending to be the business owner. When I got further into talking to him and hearing the laughing in the background I quickly realized it was not the owner, yet another child playing games instead of actually worrying about the business. Overall, I would never ever go back to that place because of the lack of common courtesy. Not sure how this young lady was raised but if my child acted like that at one of my businesses, I would be ashamed.
