  • Been taking my little fur baby here for the last 3 years. We have tried many other dog boarding facilities over the last 7 years and I can honestly say this is the place I can bring him and not have anxiety over leaving him. He is my baby! As an avid traveller, it's important that I know our dog is in great hands when we are away. He has been to Chasin Tails for short stays as well as much longer stays. He will be there again later next week and is part of the family there. There new location is open concept and all the dogs are grouped by size and energy level. Since our fur baby is a little guy (6 pounds) he is with the smaller guys. He is free to roam, play, sleep and everything else his heart desires. He meets new buddies and enjoys himself. Whenever he is dropped off, he is overly excited to be visiting and I always joke he is going to his vacation spot to get away from us. The staff have always been wonderful on site as well as when I make the reservation to book our baby in. They are great about letting us know how he is doing when we are away and they are great when I drop them a line to touch base. I do wish they did report cards like other places, so you know what they did for there entire stay. That would give it 5+ stars. We have had no issues and we have always had a pleasant experience for ourselves plus our fur baby at this facility. My review is for boarding, since I have only used grooming a few times and it's usually only a bath and nail trim. Thanks again Chasin Tails. See you again next week.
