  • We had them move our 3 bedroom home. They broke a $150 lamp and we suspect that someone stole brand new never opened king size sheets. Albeit the gentlemen moving us where nice, the company is horrible. I was put in contact with a man named Peter who was supposedly a liaison for them. After talking to Peter off and on for 3 days he was supposed to call me on Monday thinking that maybe the sheets would turn up over the weekend. That was 2 weeks ago. I guess he never said which Monday! Peter has never called me back and I have called him and left messages. Customer service for this company is horrible. I have used other moving companies in the past. But the good yelp reviews brought me here. I would never recommend them. I realize that accidents happen but we never received even an apology from anyone. Poor Customer Service!
