  • As others have said, and the salesmen call themselves....VULTURES! I'll never buy here again. We purchased a couch that was in stock, but another salesman had it locked up so we couldn't get same day delivery. Ours came in February 2nd and the other salesman's delivery wasn't until February 3rd so he could have had it to his customer with no issue. Our salesman even commented he couldn't believe his mentor did that to him. You can't enjoy walking around looking at furniture because the salespeople are all over you from wanting a deposit to hold a piece you may like to just going upstairs to look at more items. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE I will buy from online retailers more often than going through this again!
