  • My experience with this office is that it clearly seems to be trying to see a higher volume of patients than the capabilities of the staff. If you have two hours to go on a spirit walk at this office during a weekday, then maybe this is the office for you. If that doesn't sound like your thing, read on... On my first visit to the office, I filled out the requisite paperwork, then was directed to wait a while in the lobby until presumably an exam room was available. My attention was directed to a television screen, where the receptionist played a video extolling the virtues of chiropractic and orthopedic care. After about ten minutes of this, I was directed to the X-ray room, where, after another wait, I had some X-rays taken... by the receptionist. Then, after a while longer, I finally saw the chiropractor, who listened to my complaints, did an exam, and performed an adjustment. Total time in office: approximately two hours. On my second visit, I waited almost twenty minutes past my initial scheduled appointment time to be directed to the exam room. I received an upper body massage. Afterward, the jack-of-all-trades receptionist returned and instructed me to lie down while a TENS unit was placed on me in preparation for my adjustment. After the egg-timer like bell rang on the timer on the TENS unit, I continued to wait face first on an exam table. After a while, I began to realize that quite a bit of time had passed.. and when I looked at my phone, I realized that it had been a full hour and forty-five minutes since I'd walked into the office. Having had enough, I removed my own TENS unit and demanded to be checked out at the front desk. One week later, the office had the nerve to call me to reschedule. Not the next day, not the next Monday... but one full week later. In a lapse of judgement, I agreed. The day of the rescheduled appointment, the office called back about an hour prior to my appointment to shift the time, at which point I'd decided I'd had enough and informed the person that I was not interested in rescheduling.
