  • I was on my way relocating from North Carolina under the impression that I secured an apartment from these guys online. They advertise 6 weeks free but then they fool you around into 3 weeks free due to low inventory. I taIalked to a leasing agent and she told me that all she needed to proceed is to talk to my previous landlord. After she talked to my landlord I received an email stating that they declined me. My previous landlord was mad at me because I made her let me out of the lease due to 7 floods that happened during the time of 2 years lease. Spent over 4 weeks dealing with loud dehumidifiers and was not able to sleep. Apparently my landlord told them that she would not rent to me again which got me disqualified from renting at Union. I tired calling them to understand what the issue is and offer documentation to prove that my landlord disclosed untrue information but they didn't budge. They stopped taking my call and kept me hanging on hold for half an hour every time I called. In one of the previous discussions with them they said that it's not just my landlords comments that was a reason for a decline that there were other factors in play. Apparently I owed 480$ to another property in Vegas. I actually went to that property, clarified that I actually have paid my total balance and had received a written confirmation but people at Union did not even want to talk to me anymore. Their service is horrible. I read from others that they are very prompt to respond to customers untill they sign them and after they do they stop communicating with themm now I see that other customers are experiencing similar issues. I would not recommend anyone to work with Union Apartments.
