So after Empire finally sends out an inspector, Jon Judge, he tells us he has no idea why the floor would be scratching the way that it is & where it is. He's genuinely confused & asks what we want! So they send out a 3rd party. His report says that it was bc of us dragging things across the floor. No floor is scratch proof. Not covered under warranty. Nothing further, no resolution. I filed a dispute with Synchrony (loan company) & BBB.
Chandra says "no floor is scratch proof", but I never said scratch proof!! The salesman LIED & told us it was scratch resistant & DURABLE & had hydracore technology, so it could deal with water damage. LIES! But I'm the one left with floors that scratch easily & a bill that will take years to pay off.
PS: No one other than Chandra and her useless self have bothered to help, email, speak to me on this matter. So Empire Today is no better than shady black market dealers, selling you one thing & feeding you to the wolves when they're paid.
BUYER BEWARE.
