  • We stayed here in August 2017 for our anniversary because of a RCI exchange. I said dear God why are we staying at a hotel with a racist despicable name like Trump and to be the worst president of the United States? Anyhow, the service like the valet, maid, doormen, etc. were excellent. The pool and fitness gym were excellent as well. Our studio suite faced the Northwest side and we can hear the train everyday loud with its horn as it goes to an underpass. The sofa mattress was ridiculous! It had springs and something to cover it and that was it. There was no cushion at all. We asked for a portable folding bed and they provided that and that made up for it.
