HUGE FAIL. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I'm Platinum Elite for Life. I mobile checked in and when I arrived they told me they didn't have s room for me. Someone on swing shift gave my room away. Really? Is that how your best customers??? I've spent 178 nights in your hotels just this year. Words cannot express how upset I'm in. And thanks for putting me up in some divey hotel that probably has bedbugs.
