  • Life lesson #1: ALWAYS CHECK YELP REVIEWS BEFORE HIRING ANY COMPANY!! Refuse to pay ANYTHING other than the price in the ad. The ad stated a sofa cleaning would cost me $59. The phone set up said they would charge me an extra $10 for longer than average sofa. My sofa is 8 feet. The sofa cleaning cost me $231 . The worst part about it was that the technician was not even able to get the sofa completely cleaned. There was no deduction or refund made for all the add-ons they charged me with the understanding that they never actually got the sofa clean. I felt sorry for the young boy who did the job. He worked hard for 2 hours and was polite and courteous. I assume the products are inferior because there was no reason for the sofa to not be completely cleaned . I paid the money even though I felt hijacked and chalked it up to a life lesson I will not repeat. Don't even bother hiring this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!
